Twisted

I’ve previously commented on the way fundamentalists tend to twist their facts, evidences, and studies around to suit their own purposes while simultaneously condemning others for doing so. Here is a picture that illustrates this perfectly.

Ugh. I’ve visited the Vision Forum site and know how angry it makes me, but this altering of the images just makes me…Sad.

You know, that revised image seems a bit too …. racy for religious fundamentalists. Unless of course the CD is subtitled, “5 ways to get your knight off”.

And this may just be a case of condensing an image so as to easier fit the best parts of the graphic into the proper size for the CD’s cover. It could be sexism, or it could be they didn’t want the figures to be extra small on their CD.

Okay, now that’s just weird – weird because it’s so trivial. Besides, couldn’t they have just hired an artist to paint what they wanted?
